The expert panel that developed the SMC’s 2024-2029 Research Agenda consisted of nine technical experts – one from each of nine technical fields – plus three additional members to represent regulated, regulatory, and non-governmental organizations.
The SMC hand-selected these experts – who have regional to international expertise in their fields – to serve on the panel. The panel’s charge was to:
- Develop a cohesive list of project concepts that will support stormwater management needs and address issues of concern
- Create a written summary of these project concepts for future use by the SMC
